H1B Transfer

Eb1a approved，作为Eb1a的Dependant交了485，如果因为公司关门失去工作又没有重新找到工作，可不可以直接以AOS状态待在美国？

如果之后任何时候找到工作，是不是还随时可以做H1B的transfer？
