四月一日递交了H1b申请后还能回国吗（在10月1日H1b生效前）？
-I guess your currrent satus is F1 (OPT). You need to wait for your H1 application approval before you leave for China. Then, you can get an H1 visa to come back before or after October 1. Otherwise, your H1 application will be automatically invalid if it is pending when you leave.
