H1B visa stamp application

Wonder if anyone has similar experiences.

I need to apply for H1B visa but how should I fill in the home address entry in the DS156 form. I've been US for a long time and do not have a home address in China. Should I just fill my home address in US?

Also I intend to stay in US as long as untill my I485 is adjudated. So how should I fill the entry of the length of stay in that form.
