然后申请H1B（consular processing)回美，请问我的485/AP/EAD 申请会失效么？
-Did You get J-1 waiver already? If yes, you can apply for H1 visa to come back and it will not affect your I-485/AP/EAD.

我LD需要也回去签H4吗? 或是她的状态会自动变成AOS?
