求助：H1B RENEWAL

我的H1B renewal 递交之后，收到的receipt number 没法在USCIS的网站上check status.总是这样的message——“Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again” 律师说这样的情况很常见不用担心。但是现在两个月过去了，已经超过了Processing time line，还没收到任何消息，不知道应该怎么办了？
