1。如果被check，我可以把护照要回。用AP回来吗？（H1B check still pending)

2.check通过后，我以用AP回美国。如何取回签证和其他声请材料？
-- You have to go back again to give them your passport for the visa stamp. When issuing the visa, they will give you back the I-797 approval notice.
