H1B I485 after 180 days self employment

Please anybody can advise:

Currently I am holding H1B visa. I got the labor certificate but never activated it. My I-485 already filled and past 180 days.

Now I wonder if it's Ok for me to register a company of my own and get self employed. Any issues or pitfalls?
