h1-B 三年后可延期几年?

我是H1-B身分已超过六年.485以递,I-140以批准,正在等候排期望.记得:这种情况可延期三年.但是我的律师说只能延期一年.他说没有正式文件说可延期三年.请问:谁知正式文件的number?
