1. can I have a H1B trasfer without needing to file RFE for latest pay stub like my case?
- Maybe approved w/o Aug stub

2. If the previous employer didn't or delay to pay me, how can I do?
- All you could do to get back your money

(The wrost case is when USCIS want RFE for Auguest pay stub, but I don't have, maybe I am arguing for my paystub on court, how can explain to USCIS?
- Just tell the truth
