I can offcially start working for the new employer anytime now, however someone says one has to wait until the receipt notice, which one is correct?
-If you are sure USCIS have received your petition (put it into the CIS system), you can start to work. The evidence for that is your got the receipt or your check was cleared. So, checking your bank to see whether your check was cleared is the fastest way to know whether your petition is received.
