我是H1B,my daughter is H4 visa, we are doing extension now for additional 3 years.这是第一次extension.

1,I review all the forms , I or my company have to pay $320 TO USCIS.但是我的律师说还需付$500 for fraud prevention and detective fee, is that true? I still work in the same company.我不认为要付$500.网友ANobady也认为不应该付。

2, I fill out the form I-539 for my daughter,is that only form I fill out for her？我的律师说需付$300 to USCIS FOR I-539，I can't see any indication about $300 fee on that form.

3,question on form I-129:Is this the second or subsequent request for an extension of stay that you have filed for this alien? 我应该回答YES OR NO?

4, based on 3, do I need to pay additional fee $750?(my company employ no more than 25 full time employee) why my lawyer 没有提到这个费用。我可不想
later cause any delay.

我的理解是：我的uscis费用是：$320，&300，&750。不知道对不对？
