1. Dates of intended employment , LCA 上有三年，我的第一个H1B是2004年
2月底开始的，我咨询了以前的律师。他们说是我可以延期到2010年8月31日，而
不是我理解的2010年2月底，是否是这样？

2。 I-129表中 Part 2 的 #2: Basic for classification: 我去年在同一team里职位有
点提升，job title and deion和过去稍稍不同，多了点management
responsibilities. 我是否仍然可选b: continuation of previously approved
employment without change with the same employer; 或是我干脆不提
自己工作和职位的小小变化，直接选b？

3，I-129 H里要求 copies of forms I-94, I-797 etc for priors of stay
in H1B ....， 因为曾回国几次，旧的I-94都在机场上交了，I-797也没备份，我是
否可只提交新的I-94的复印件？

4，I-129W里，if the petition is to request a change of employer, did the
beneficiary previously work as an H1B for…., 因为我们没有改变雇主，是否
yes 和 no都不选?

5, 尽管 H4延期申请I-539 要同时递交 （in one package)，我理解自己的I-129
相对I-539算是另一个申请吧。所以，I-539 part 2 的 ＃2 应选 a: I am the only
applicant 吧。
