Questions about AP and H1B

Just transfer H1B while 485 pending, I have a couple of questions

1. Since I am not working for my original employer who helped me file 485, if I use AP, does it void my H1B status because I changed employer?

2. If I apply a H1B visa back in China, does it have any impact on my pending 485?
