Questions regarding H1B. Xiaobaitu and pijiang

Recently, our company was bought by another company. All of hte employee from our company automatically get one offer from the other company. Do I need to do H1-B transfer? Do I need to do anything in this case? My 485 is in pending status for more than a year... Thanks a lot for your help.
