07年6月H1延期三年批准，今年2月份换了另一所大学工作至今，H1B tranfer1月15日
收到receipt，在vermont中心，现无消息，是否正常?是否有240天的期限?如过了期限
还没有消息怎么办?请教大家。多谢!
