急！140/485 180天PENDING换工作新公司需SPONSOR绿卡和H1B吗

急！140/485 180天PENDING换工作新公司需SPONSOR绿卡和H1B吗。现公司给我办了EAD。如果140没批，我能不需要新公司的SPONSOR，只用EAD工作吗？非常非常感谢
