H1B 离开一年内再transfer不用再占名额?

我现在是H1B， 我想回中国或加拿大休息一下， 我知道H1B 离开一年内再transfer不用再占名额。 我的问题是如我去加(我有加绿卡)， 中间再签B1/B2入境， 后面再找工作transfer H1B, 会不会有占用名额？
