请问大侠们:这样可以file H1B 吗?

请问大侠们:
Recently I will have a interview of a company who is concern about my graduation date. He wants me work from April. but my graduation will be in summer which means in August. one class left after this spring. Can I have my dean of our school certificate that I almost graduate so that the company can file H1B application to USCIS. what I am concerned is whether the company can file application for me under current situation. If he can, the deadline will be a issue?
