Yes, I am on the same boat but I didn't know that I could work in the middle of April. But if you do so, and your H-1B is approved in June, what can you do from June to September? Is that a risk to you?

Do you remember what your atterney chose for Part 2 question 5, Request Action? Is that b) Change the person's and extend their stay since the person is all now in the U.S. in another status?
