急问:去加拿大签证H1-B visa的有效期是多长 ?

持中国护照，I－７９７上的有效期至２０１０年。如果去加拿大签 H１－B visa， 可能得到 3 years multiple entries 吗？ 听说在中国签的H１－B visa只有 3 month 2 entries.
请问这是根据I－７９７ 的有效期，还是根据中美的签证协定？谢谢.
