Copies of your Ur 797, .......

Copies of your 797 (H-1 approval),
passport, I-94, employment verification letter, your invitation letter, birth certificate (shows they are your parents), your income and financial verification (balance of your bank accounts).
Not all of them are checked by visa officers. But it's safe for your parents to have them.
