2）Part2，question5, 应该选b吗？b是“Change the person's status and extend their stay since the person are all now in the US in another status”。我弟弟现在不在美国，可以选b吗？如果不可以，应该选哪个呢？

a是"Notify the office in Part 4 so the person(s) can obtain a visa or be admitted." 也就是说H-1b如果批准的话，我弟弟要去北京大使馆取签证，对吗？

5）Part7。For person preparing form，应该填我自己的information吗？还是空着不填？还是填sponsor公司的information?
