Several questions about my h1b transfer

currently I have a pending 485(140 approved and pending for more than 180 days). My first three years h1b will be expired in 05/31. I am kind of confused about H1b transfer if I change my job.

1. will transfer void my pending 485
2. I guess the regular transfer will be too slow for me if I want to keep my h1b. Does or will uscis accept premium petition now or in the near future considering 04/1.
3. my hubby just did his h1b transfer(pending) and work for the new company for several days, if he finds a new job in the city where I will work in, can he do tranfer again?
