Help needed on H1B applicaton

The company I will work for just has two years history and with five employees. I have a MBA degree and will work as a sales. How is the chance that I can get approve when apply H1B? My salary will be base salary plus commision. Does that make any difference? I heard that there is a minimum salary requirment.
Can any body give some suggestion? Thanks, your help will be highly appreciated.
