Urgent Help for H1-B Visa Application.Xiaobaitu,Pijiang and Othe

我LD是主申请人，去年七月递交我全家I-140/I－４８５ 。I-140 is still pending.我已拿到EAD。公司同意办H１－B for me(我自己办)。我现在是用TN VISA 工作。三月底TN 过期. 申请H１－B 是以防不测。我的问题是：
（１）If I apply for 2009's H1-B Visa ,do I need LCA and Form ETA9035E.
(2)In I-129 form,what is A#?Is it the same as the one I got from I-485?
