an option of MTR. it said: If you disagree with this decision, or if you have additional evidence you believe shows the decision to be in error, you may appeal this decidion by filing a completed Form I-129B with the Vermont Service Center within 33days from the date of the notice.

As my understanding my case is not close yet and my boss has not been offered an option to ask for MTR. am I right? thanks.
