an additional $1000 for employers which are not higher education or non-profit research institutions. The $1000 fee must be paid by the employer. This amount does not include any processing fees charged by an attorney or immigration specialist. The USCIS filing fee for change/extension of status for dependents is $195.00, regardless of the number of dependents.
I just found, is it correct?
