Question about H1B transfer

I need a H1B transfer soon for an offer at different state. Right now my status is 485 Pending. My question is: do I have to let my current lawyer help me for my H1B transfer application? I don't like my current lawyer. If possible, I want to find a new lawyer. Thanks.
