H1B renew pending, travel outside use AP, will this cause H1B re

Please help.

My H1B renew been filed weeks ago. Still pending. Based on processing time, it'll take 3 more months.

But I plan to attend a meeting in Austria March 1-8. So my AP been filed last week. Also this needed to apply Austria visa.

But if I go for meeting before my H1B renew been approve, will this cause H1B renew deny?
