H1-B Transfer 求教

新公司可能这周就能给我OFFER, 但还和老公司保持雇佣关系。我有三个问题请教各位大侠：

（1）能不能拿到新公司的OFFER以后马上办H1-B Transfer？需要等到和老公司雇佣关系解除了以后才能办吗？

（2）是不是新公司开始办理transfer了我就能上班了？一定要等到收到INS的收据吗？一般收到收据要多长时间？

（3）请问transfer H1-B 需要准备那些材料呢？
