XBT和其他XDJM请帮忙, H1b问题

我的朋友在A公司工作, H1b于2008底结束, 现在B公司邀请他加入, 答应为他从04/2008起办H1b, 请问
1, 在A公司的H1b未结束前, B公司可以为他申请另一个H1b吗?
2, 若B公司的H1b从04/2008生效, 那末04/2008以后他是不是就不能再在A公司工作了?
