是的.但是我必须用AP出境,因为我现在的身份是485PENDING.我想知道的是因为我用AP出境,而以H1B的身份入境.这样对我现在的485申请有没有影响?

- AP is used to obtain admission when entering US, not for leaving.

When one leaves US, US gov does not care what status he is and actually there is no customs/inspection for him who leaves the country.
