糊涂了。 AP and renew H1B 请明白人指点

多谢大家的祝福。
我的case 不知还有没有希望。
但是现在对申请AP和renew H1B 的时机真是糊涂了。


确实曾经听人说过，“AP 一定要跟renew 过的 H1B,如果AP使用旧的H1B,等renew的H1B下来之后，之前的AP也作废了”。难道不是这样吗?
