小白兔急救：H1B被拒！

Computer master filed on April 1st, 2007 for Adv degree H1B through an Indian
consultant company to Vermont Center.
October 5th, 2007 got RFE.
Nov 22, 2007 resumed the case. Today got online status:
Current Status: We mailed you a decision

Please give me some advice based on my situation:
My OPT due on July 2nd, 2007.
To extend I-20, I attended a university ESL program from August 27-September
21.
Is it possible for me to find a school to continue my F1 visa?
