请教：H1-B换雇主期间的出国问题

H1-B准备换employer，现在已经可以递文件了。由于早就定下了出国旅游的计划（机票都订好了），现在产生了一个问题：出国的那天可能还没拿到新的H1-B文件(但可能拿到receipt),此时能不能拿旧H1-B的I-94出国？
