现在Vermont center H1-B要等多久(不办加急

我是F1转H1-B,我的材料是5月7号收到的，现在还没批准，我们学校的那个律师原来告诉我说5个星期就能批准，现在都过了这么久了，他也不支声了，
请问有谁最近从Vermont中心拿到H-1B的，可否告诉一下您的经验，比如您是什么时候提交的申请。谢谢
