不对. 你仍然可以为学校A工作,只要你的学校A时申请的H1B没过期(see your I-797form)或终止 (you termine for leaving or other reason).

２. 我什么时候可以开始在学校B的工作呢？ 他们file the application一刻，还是申请得到批准的时候？

在你的学校A时申请的H1B还没过期的情况下,只要学校B拿到你的USCIS的H1B transfer receipt (不用等批准),你就可以开始为学校B工作.

在你材料都齐全的情况下整个过程一般两周到两个月左右,现在USCIS是非常时期,时间可能会更长一些.


"Current H1B visa holders can change employers as soon as an H1B transfer petition is 'submitted' to the USCIS by the new employer. H1B transfers are Not counted towards the cap and therefore can be filed at any time of the year."
