小白兔 and other experts, pl help with H1B amendment

I moved to a new location but still work for the same employer. I changed my address to INS online but haven't filed my H1B amendment yet. How soon should I file this amendment or should I file it before I moved? Sorry for many questions and many thanks for your response.
