H1B extension approval date TO approval receipt date?

If you have got your H1B Extension approval notice, please inform if you have received the approval notice email (or online approval update)? If yes, how many days in between such notice email (or online approval update - when you key in your case number, it shows application approved) and the date you receive the Approval Notice?
I keep my fingers crossed, and hoping I am able to get my approval notice (filed to VSC, RD 08/09/2007) in time to apply Canada visa for end of month travel.
