请问J1转H1b回国签证风险有多大？

大家好！我来美国三年了，还没回去过，很想回国去看望父母和亲友们。来时是J1，豁免了刚刚转成H1b不久(期间也得到本版朋友们的帮助，谢谢！)。现在想在圣诞节期间回国，不知回去签证会不会有风险？去墨西哥签还是回上海签，哪个更好？
