Pijing&XiaoBaitu等高手: my H1B approval notice有问题吗?

1) The valid date of the H1B is from 10/1/2007 to 9/12/2010. Why does it
expire on 9/12/2010 instead of 9/30/2010?

Is there a potential problem in the future if I renew my H1B? For instance,
do I have to make the starting date as 10/1/2009 instead of 10/1/1010?


2) On the I-94 form, because the space is too small and tne name of the
petitioner is too long, the last several letters of the petitioner's name
are missing. Is this going to be a problem?
