我LD从9月拿新公司的pay stub, 是不是已经out of status了？
If you can prove that the two companies are really merged, there will not be a out of status.

现在他想转成H4,没有原来公司的pay stub,是在美国转还是回国签好？
I don't get it. He already has a H1b job, why change into H4? Also, you already submit I-485 for him, he is in the AOS. It is legally wait for GC in America
