thanks, ur meaning is that he can work no matter he asks for 4th-6th yrs or 7th-9th years extension if he has got his receipt, isn't it? one more question is that you mentioned somewhere, if my memory serves me right, he can work for 240 day before he receive his H1B extension approval notice. the trouble is if he didn't get his approval notice after 240 days, what could he do for keeping his job? what measures should his employer take at that time or before the time?
