When I go back shanghai, should I use H1b?
--不一定,但最好keep H1
I heard that my H1 will expire immediately if I use AP, is that correct?

1. What kind of visa should I go back?
--用AP就不要签证
2. What is possibblity to get a H4 visa in shanghai in our case?
--确实的结婚证明(公证),她可以申请H4
