Hi, Pjiang, why maybe if one has H1b and 485 receipt?

In your article "485 vs Jail", it is concluded that one with H1b and original 485 receipt can travel outside USA without any problem. However, in your today's reply to a member's question, you used "maybe ok". Any consideration for you to say that? Many thanks!
