1. 新公司file H1B transfer 后还换能为现雇主工作吗? 我必须提前两周通知现雇主. 我是说如果新公司在着两周里transfer签证怎么办?
2. 何时可以开始为新雇主工作? Some people say I can start working after they have filed the transfer and it is not necessary to wait for the approval. Is it true?
