Forgot apply LCA for H1b Extension

I applied my H1b beyond 6 years extension in April, and I just received a letter saying I need to submit LCA certified before my I-129 filing date, which is impossible for me to do this now. Any experts here know how to resolve this. kind of urgent. Thanks in advance.
