3) If H-1 is still valid and you use AP to come back US, you may extend your H-1 when it is necessary which brings you back to H-1 on condition of not having used EAD

If I used EAD already(EAD will expire befire H1 expire) , I am going to use AP, H1 will not expire at the time I come back to US, should I still need to renew H1 to go back to H1 status? thx
