3,因为140还在pending,如果140在H1B延期批准前被拒，由于我附了我140RECEIPT的COPY，他们可以查到我140的状态，那我的H1B延期是不是也会被拒？

4,如果140被拒，appeal期间还可以延期6年以后的H1B吗？
- Yes, and the approval H-1 remains valid even if the appeal is denied later
