h1b，不是从现任雇主那里，收了一笔钱，搞得不敢办绿卡，他们要发1099表，有没有可以帮我的。

现在才知道这笔钱不可以收，可是后悔也来不及了。钱又不能退回去，他们说明年要发1099表给我。怎么办呀，害怕死了。
